I have had a HORRIBLE experience with T-Mobile. I purchased the 16GB Gold iPhone 5S at a local T-Mobile store located at 3080 Richmond Road in Lexington Kentucky. I paid for the phone in FULL and I even went ahead and paid a extra month of service upfront and I was charged a $75.00 deposit on the service as well. So I paid $636.00 with tax for the phone+$75.00 service deposit+$90.00 month of service payment+$37.00 for a case=$838.00. The employee working at this location told me I would get service FOR SURE, when I got home I noticed I had no service at all at my location where I live. I also noticed he gave me a long distance phone number as my number instead of a local number. So I went back to the store (45 minutes away) for him to change my number to a local number. Then I make another trip to the store to decide I want to return the phone since I have no service where I live. (This was only 3 days after owning the phone.) So I return the phone and the store manager CHRIS told me that I have been taken care of and I will get my refund in 5-7 days. Well, I call T-Mobile and they say that my refund has been declined because of a ERROR the store manager made when I returned the phone. So now I am out my iPhone 5S and my $836.00! T-Mobile says since the refund has been declined the store manager will have to fix the problem, so I call the store and get the run around like always and he is not at the store. They said nobody can fix the problem but the store manager! I would like this problem to be taken care of! T-Mobile has my $836.00 and my phone! This is 100% FRAUD! I would also like to report that the store manager CHRIS at this location yells and treats the other employees badly, also when you walk in the store NOBODY greets you and I have saw many people leave because no one ever greets them. When you walk in the store everybody runs in the back room or goes outside to smoke instead of helping customers, they leave customers waiting when they are smoking outside or running in the back of the building. I would like someone to contact me to resolve this problem. I will be "copying and pasting" this MSG EVERYWHERE on the internet so I can make sure nobody gets screwed like I have and to stay FAR AWAY from T-Mobile, and especially stay away from the T-Mobile on 3080 Richmond Road in Lexington Kentucky. RESOLVE THIS MATTER BEFORE I TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AS WELL, your company promised service and no service where I live!!!!I am furious! I have never been so mad in my life!! STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE AT ALL COST! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!
