A couple of weeks ago I dropped my phone so I made an insurance claim for almost $200.00 The phone I received was refurbished and defective. Anyone on the other line could only hear an echo of themselves and all i can hear is a spotty conversation and the call was usually dropped. I reported this to Tmobile and they agreed that it was defective and it would be replaced under warranty. When I went to pick up my 3rd phone I dropped it right outside the Tmobile store. They then treated me like a terroist and refused any help. After multiple calls and getting hung up by Tmobile reps and Assurant. They would not do anything. They want me to pay ANOTHER $175.00 to replace a defective phone that they already agreed is not working properly. I was told by a Tmobile Supervisor that "That's Life"..
