Tampa Electric Company teco KEPT MY DEPOSIT Tampa Florida

I had an account with Tampa Electric, they took a deposit from me and I never got it back after two years they applied to another address after 2 years and me changing addresses they decided to keep my deposit after they charged me two mre deposits I tried to get my deposit back and they told they were keeping all the deposits they took a deposit from 2008 to 2011 on 1 house and when I moved did not return it to me, While I was still at the first address they charged me an additional 150.00 2 years later and then when I moved charged me another deposit and kept them all. Tampa Electric is ripping peopple off and I want everyone to know they are getting ready to deregulate electricity so people will have other options very soon, I hope this helps someone else from getting ripped off
