Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I submitted a return on their website for a rapis refund which Taxnet financil did not give me. They mearly submitted a regular return to the IRS and took $380 out of my return ans sent me $269.00 instead. The charged me for the rapid refund they did not give me. That is totally unfair and they should not be allowed to do that.

This company is a complete ripoff from A-Z their only goal is to take an obsured amount of fees!! Not to mention that it says they will back your filed return, but when you call to inquire about your taxes they tell you to use the tracker tool on their home page.. Which to date still shows no record of my info... I am now under review by the IRS for who knows what reason but the little tax overpayment they sent me taxnet made sure to take their $450 off the top.. When I called them I was told that I would have to contact the IRS and figure out what I need to do or why they only sent the overpayment.. They coax you in with misleading paperwork and hold you to every sentence while blowing you off and leaving you to deal with IRS issues without their assistance or backup.. It absolutely appaulds me they are still allowed to legitimately file taxes for individuals especially with the government..
