Taxnet Financial Scam Artist and thieves, they just want your money Chicago Illinois

I initially went with TaxnetFinancial becauae they offered a RAL which is a loan you get and you pay it back once you receive your taxes. There is a 400 fee that is accessed with the loan IF ACCESPTED.

My RAL application was denied. For some reason, they only filed my Federal Tax even though I advised them to do both. My federal went through no problem, and I contacted them about my state tax. They replied that they hadnt filed it but would be able to for me. Finally, a month later, I receive a text message from the IRS stating I will be getting my refund within the next 24-48 hours. This was last Thursday March 22nd.

I still have yet to receive any type of refund for my state. I contacted taxnetfinancial to see what was going on. Some guy is the only one I get everytime, and he always gives me the runaround. He stated that the fee to file my taxes was over 400 and that I would not be getting a refund because the fee is moer than my refund. I told him that I knew that was a lie, because it specifically states on their website if you are denied a loan, that you do not pay the 400 fee. Ive asked to speak to supervisors and this guy (he is a foreigner that goes by Rich) calls back and acts like he is a supervisor

Im not sure what to do at this point, beause its obvious this company is sketchy, and has done something with my reuturn.
