Taylor Trading Co. Mr. Taylor the owner of the company was prejudice, very, very, very disrespectful, worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had the vehicle for three weeks and the transmission went bad. he sold me a lemon. When I went in the office to talk about how to resolve the problem he ignored and was very rude to me. He did not do anything to help me out whatsover. I wish I would have never went there. Beaumont Texas

 I had the car for three weeks and the transmission went bad. He sold me a lemon.  When I went in to talk to Taylor myself he was very disrespectful, said racial things to me, was screaming at me telling me I was not getting my money back.Alaina one of the girls that works there was very disrespectful as well.  It was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.  I paid my down payment and my carnote and I was treated so horribly.  I would not suggest this place for anyone to go to and buy a vehicle. He told me in his  office he would fix my car free of charge then after two weeks of my car being at their lot thinking it would get fixed they called me back and told me I would have to pay $3500 for repairs.  The man hustled me, sold me  a lemon, and was very disrespectful and rude.  Overall, it was an experience I wish never happened.  For anyone looking for a vehicle do not go to Taylor Trading in Beaumont, TX.  It is a rip off!!!
