TBXfree AMI, charged me for product and then did not send product, then keeps putting me off. When I call them they state they will make sure they send out a resend and nothing comes. Nationwide, California

I ordered a stop smoking aid from this add seen on tv. recieved the product for the advertised price 9.95 plus an delivery ins of 2.50....recieved product but then was charged 89.95. called  and they said that was for full price product.

Less then month later charged another 89.95. I called them and they said it was for refill order told them that I didn't want it but they said could not cancel or refund money... Product does not arrive. but i have recieved a cancellation to account notification.

Now over more then a month I have not recieved the product yet and they keep putting me off when I have called them every week since first initiale conversation. The people that answer say they are checking on status of order then they come back saying that they are guarenteeing they have reorder being sent out. I ask for their name and it always seems to be a girl named Rose....
