TC Tech Tutor Fails to Pay Subcontractors for their work Nationwide

In May of this year, I signed on as a subcontractor for a tutoring company called TC Tech Tutors.  I was to do project assisting from home.  I did approximately 17 hours of work over a two week period which consisted of researching, posting ads and interviewing potential actors for educational videos. 

My first week was approved for ten hours of work, but during my second week I was given deadlines to meet and not told how many hours I could work.  My supervisor had stated that I could possibly work up to twenty hours that week, however; she did not confirm this.  I was conservative in my efforts and submitted an only seven hours after not hearing back from her for several days as a deadline was approaching.  She then contacted me to disput the hours I had submitted for both weeks. 

She stated that it shouldn't have taken 17 hours to do the work that I did.  I disagreed, having actually done the work.  I asked that they pay me for my time at the agreed upon rate, which was only $7.25 per hour.  She stated that administration was reviewing the timesheets and that they would pay me upon approving the hours.  She stated that I would be paid during the second week of June.

It is now July 5th and I've received no pay and no response to my e-mails to my former supervisor asking when they are going to pay me.  She had stated that they confirmed 10.75 hours but were still working on approving the rest.  This was stated during our last conversation on June 1st.  To date, I've received no pay from this company.  I am owed $123.25 and would like to be paid for it.  The company does not answer the phone when I call and I have no other contact information than my supervisor's personal cell phone, which I do not wish to call.  She gave me no information as to who is processing payments or who is running this company.
