I heard about TEACUPPA through a friend so , my sisiter and i ordered our gourmet oriental tea buds the same day(3-22-2017) i added a teapot to mine, 1 week later in EL PASO she recieved all of her order on a wednesday (3-29-2017) , on following saturday(4-1-2017) i recieved  1 of 4 of the items i ordered all listed under the same ORDER NUMBER....So following Monday (4-3-2017) I tried calling could'nt get through with the number they listed so i emailed them Monday night i got a email from lisa@teacuppa stating they are shipped separate....Hmmmmm so sister in El Paso recieved all of her order and mine will be shipped separately ???? Does that make since to you all ? what good was it to send 1 of mine and not send the other items that is needed to go with that 1 item ? I m call B.S.
