I had my oil changed in my truck, a few weeks later the oil filter exploded & caused me to lose all the oil from the engine. I had Techlube do another oil change but they are not taking responsibilty for the damage that they have caused.
When removing the old oil filter they neglected to remove the old gasket that was stuck to the truck, they then proceed to put the new oil filter on anyway. This caused the filter to not have a good seal & created pressure which made the filter exploded off the truck.
I have contacted the owner of the company & he states that this happened due to my truck being a 1991 & therefore it would have happened anyway. He is being a jerk & not business like.
