Tele King Communications ripped off liars frauds deceitful scammers con artists crocks ripoff business from hell Miami Florida

I have also been ripped off by Tele King. My husband was laid off in November 2001 after 17 years with the company. After about a year he still hadn't found a job. He heard this advertisemnet on the radio and we also saw the ad on TV so he called and we were sent the information packet. I was skeptical, but he really thought it sounded good.

On Oct.22,2002 we had a 3 hour conversation on a speaker phone with Richard Goodman. He told us we didn't have to do any selling because his locators took care of everything and the customer would have all the information so all we had to do was deliver the display and cards to the customer and replace cards when needed. He also told us we could easily sell 8 cards a day = $5400.00 year x10 machines = 54,000.00 a year. Plus if we sold 1 mastercard a day we could make $9.00x 30 days =$270.00 a mo.x 12= $3240.00 a year x10 machines= 32,400.00 a year. So total we could easily make $86,400.00 a year if not more.

It sounded really good so he had us talked into the gold plan for 10 displays and $8000 in cards. He said it would only take 21 working days to set up all our locations. He also said we would get our displays and cards next week, which we did not get.

He told up how to fill out the purchase order and fed ex was at our house in less than a half hour to pick up the purchase order the check for 19,147.50, which was my husbands retirement and our local phone books.

We received the cards about 2 weeks later and the displays about 45 days later. So much for up and running in 21 days! 6 of the 10 displays were broke and had to be returned. They were made so cheap I pretty much knew when I saw the displays we had been ripped off.

Our first locator was Jack Munro he never returned calls he lied alot and was rude, so we were switched to a new locator his name is Brian Wheeler supposedly Jack's supervisor. Jan 6, 2003 Brian found us our first location and only location as of today May 28, 2003 and we have only sold 55 cards which is a total of $200. Brian found some a couple locations for the mexiking cards, but we found out none of the mexiking cards worked and had to be returned needless to say the locations didn't want them after that and they charged us a restocking fee for the cards that didn't work! A few locations said the rates were not any good. I have talked to Jason Goldmacher twice about getting our money back, but all he says is they can't refund our money. He said they would take the displays back for more cards, like we need more cards we already have $8000 worth we don't need.

My husband has still not found a job and we cannot afford to lose that kind of money. This has been a nightmare and I have been sick over it. It has also put alot a stress on the marriage

I don't know how Richard Goodman or anyone from Tele King can sleep at night knowing all the people they have ripped off.

I have talked to the Attorney General's office in Florida and they sent me an Affidavit. I am going to send it in. I know it is probably a waste of time, but I am going to put in a complaint with the bbb. We would be very interested in joining
any class action lawsuits.
