Telebrands Barkoff overcharged refused to cancel order unable to cancel on line just after order placed Internet

I placed an order for a Barkoff item. I only ordered one item for $10.00 and shipping &
handling off $6.99. wHEN THE FINAL PAGE CAME UP THEY HAD CHARGED ME$40.97. I tried to go back and change the order but said order complete and I could go back and change it. I immediately reserached and found the number for customer service. They said they could not do anything for 24 to 48 hours. That was to stall until my bank cleared my money. I called 3 times they took my name and telephone everytime I called.
When the transaction finally cleared my bank they said there was no way they could cancel my order because it had already cleared my bank I compalined profusel. then they said they could refund me $10.00. I told them if they could refund me $10.00 then they could refund me the whole thing. The customer service rep hung up on me.
