Telscape Telscape eats up money and does not comply with the plans promoted , Internet

I officially hate Telscape!!

They have been eating my money for months. I had not compared my payments to my actual usage of minutes in their pre-paid services until recently but for a long time had the suspicion they were eating up my money because I use my phone very little and was constantly needing to re-fill my pre paid service. I payed $25 which is supposed to add up to a total of 625 minutes or/texts each minute supposedly counting as one text. I used up a total of 95 texts and about 45 minutes of talk and my money was gone. I went to speak to a representative and all they did is confirm that my calculated usage was correct and that I  still owned 73 cents. I mentioned the numbers not adding up "It says here you owe x cents and that is all I know" they gave me a phone number to call. The person on the line was attempting to figure out the non-matching of the numbers, he doubled what I had used and added internet minutes that are NON-existent since I never use internet and they still did not make sense. Completely, utterly illogical. You cannot speak with a sane representative in this company because they know that they are rip offs and they bs their way just to get you to not speak to them. I went to the store again and they agreed to return five dollars of credit ONLY five. I waited a week, two weeks and nothing they did not even return the five of credit, do not trust their word. I added another five dollars which is 100 minutes and in two days of using only 17 texts and about 25 min of call time my service  was off again. They are terrible, most people do not check but they will eat up your minutes, your money and your time. Do NOT make business with them.
