Temecula Glass Window conpany damaged electric romex wire Temecula California

Aug/2017, they installed sliding door really poorly.
Retrofit sliding door was not attaching to any stud and holded by 3 inches screws.
After getting other professional's advice, spending total 10 hours of preparing and arguing, they came back to re-install it.

March/26/2018, I had electric short.
I hired my friend who was electrician before and asked to find out the problem.
It was from damaged wire by the sliding door.
When I called them to explain, they had extreamly bad attitude like last time so I had to bring photos to the shop.
They promised to come to take the door out and let the handyman fix the wire, then put the door back but it will be about 2 weeks later.
The day before they come, they confirm time and work that suppose to be done. They also called my handyman to be there.

Nextday, handyman did not show up.
They just left message on the phone. Handyman missed the message.

Contractor from Temecula Glass took the screw out and replaced to the short screw.
He said " it was just pinched. Problem is solved. You can turn the power back on"
I told him that Romex could be damaged and he need to take waire oput from walll and see it to make sure it is safe.
He refused to do it.
" I do not trust unlicensed handyman. If you want me to fix it, call licensed electrician"

*The contractor told me to put power back on without cheking the wire!!

They could send or let me hire licensed electrician 2 weeks ago, we had plenty of time.
I already spent more than 20 hours to argue with this conpany.
Also, even if there is nobody eles there, as licensed contractor, it was his responsibility to check the safty.

After hous and hours of argument, they finally fix the wire in cheap way.
Instead of remove the door, they put wire outside the house.
It is safe now but $300 that I paid to handyman, ototal over 30 hours of dealing with this company was not paid.
I paid about $2000 for this door.
I bought mightmare.
