This is a update of the original report, explaining that Terrance Jerome Wilkerson signed a contract to build a custom swimming pool and spa at his Thorntree Country Club residence, then knowingly held the document from his Mortgage lender and Title company provided interim financing to build the 1/2 million dollar home. Instead he hid the fact he had agreed to build this pool with the building of the home. 
 He portrayed himself as a honest broker by revealing the building plans for his church remodeling project, he was acting budget director of,  now he is Board of Trustees Central Pointe Church of Christ,which is absolutely outrageous, a potential felon, actor in a conspiracy to perform real estate fraud, as a member of a Board of TRUSTEES?!?
 To date, his constant promise to pay has never materialized.
 By default, RS Hanson and his destroyed company from the 32,500.00 loss due to this organized fraud, Atlantis Poolscapes, and the other customers who did pay for their pools, all helped put young SMU football star Terrence Wilkerson...Jr., through the first year of SMU collage.
 While RS HANSON, and his 4 children and wife of almost 30 years, were evicted, cars repossessed, sub contractors cut of their services, then the family was forced to relocate.
 But that's not all, the following year, RS HANSON and family, trying to recover from the 32,500.00 fraud by Wilkerson and his accomplice builder, Jim Higgenbathem, opened a new swimming pool company under a new name, to separate from the devastation wrought by Terry Wilkerson.
But after selling 5 pools, during construction, a sub contractor realized it was a company owned by the same person who could not pay for the work performed at Terry Wilkersons home, and told all the customers, who in turn, acted out of fear and stopped all payments, a second incarnation of devastation by Terry Wilkerson and those who prop him up,  like Central Point Church of Christ, Morgan Stanley, and now  Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith of Dallas, Texas on Ross Ave.
 This event has been a yin and yang life changing event. The yin is Terry Wilkerson enjoyed a free of cost Custom Swimming Pool and Spa with upgrades of Custom cast Stone for every hot Texas summer since 2003 -2004, while that saved Swimming Pool monies guaranteed young T. Wilkerson a paid for first year in a prestigious area college, SMU, and to top it off, Terrance Wilkerson gets a free appraised value  boost to his homes value, because of the large Roman Style pool and spa, all for free. The yang is the unintended consequences of his fraud, non payment and continued outright, eye to eye lies of an effort and promise to pay, and make it right, to the RS Hanson family who went through multiple years to recover from a 2003 -2004 non payment fraud, that recover attempt by RS Hanson and family then runs head into the great real estate depression of this new century. This Fraud, Evil, Heartless, conspirator, sits on a Church Board, before a religion whos God demands your yeah be yeah, and your nay be nay. Not do what you want, sin, violate, destroy people, then give some service, a tithe, and be forgiven, just forget and go forward. What a joke this guy is.
He has built personal wealth by lies, fraud and theft. He played football dad, while using stolen money to buy his son cleats. He sits on a Church board that unknowingly has a Judas for a controlling member. He has probably given his stolen wealth to the Church. What a farce.
 This is a warning to those he advises, his personal wealth was built through fraud, how can he really believe the advice he is given to you?
