Terrywilson3.com is a company that works closely with entrepreneurs in order to provide them with the most effective tools to promote growth within their company. Terry Wilson began the company roughly 5 years ago, "we basically sell tools, technology and training...if entrepreneurs whether they are in retail, real estate, insurance, or whatever, to grow their business. The tools would be items like software, marketing tools, and online tools." Mr. Wilson went on to explain more about the main platform they use as a company, "the whole platform is based on this online system called SASS, which is basically a software service system we have. And once you learn to use it and use our marketing tools, you can go in whatever direction you want." He went on to state, "we charge a set-up fee based on whatever level of membership they want, and then we charge them a monthly admin fee that gives them ongoing training and support, and hosting of the software on a server."
As Terrywilson3.com is a marketing company they create leads, and the leads are then purchased by their respective clients. Potential clients for terrywilson3.com receive fast and specialized service. Mr. Wilson went on to explain their sales process, "it depends on which level they are coming in at. Our Affiliate Level which is only $97, or at the Elite Level which is $2500...all of those things have variables on what kind of turn-around time they can expect. But, I can tell you this, within 24 hours they will have their content and everything emailed to them, up and running."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Wilson expressed that during the companies five years of existence they have only received one complaint. Mr. Wilson expressed a scenario in which a client was upset because she didn't quite understand how their system worked although Terrywilson3.com spent a considerable about of time explaining the product. Additionally, the conditions of her service were displayed clearly when she purchased the product. Mr. Wilson went on to state, "at the end of the day, our terms of agreement are available and seen up front. We do not do anything over the phone. It is all done online. The client signs off on a contract twice. Both places the contract states, 'I have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this enrollment.' There are a lot of fraudulent people out there looking to take advantage of others. That is why we have went to such extent that we have to put everything in writing and to put everything in our names. But, what we are trying to protect ourselves from is someone coming in, buying our system, taking all of our training, getting our software and then 30 days later when they don’t execute, all of a sudden it is my problem and they come back demanding a refund. Well it don’t work that way. We are very up front about that."

I purchased ALT software from Terry Wilson. I found his ad on Craigslist. A person could choose to sell the system or use it for their business. My business happens to be Insurance and I used it for my business. He initially told me I would not have to pay to use the system. He said all I would be charged will be a $100 monthly fee in order to maintain the system and $997 for the software. After purchasing I realized there was a fee and was highly upset. Then he told me it was only 2 cents a minute which sounds cheap. So I decided even though he lied to me originally since it's only 2 cents a minute let me try it. It is way more than 2 cents a minute.
Only using it for a couple of hours charged me $30. Terry Wilson now has his own system and not selling ALT but it is the same concept. He's still ripping people off on his own software he created. There is absolutely no reason to pay any money up front because you don't get anything for it. He will giving you some training material to supposedly help you close more sales but it's certainly not worth $997. Good information is given out free on the Internet. When I asked him if I can try his new platform for free for 2 days because I had no success with the ALT system he said I would need to pay $100 a month again and I would not have to pay the additional $997, but still have to pay to use the system.
Why would I have to pay the $997 again when he already made commission off the sale? He acted like he was doing me a favor. Of course I declined his offer and also reported him on the BBB. When doing this I discovered the address he has on the emails he sends out has a fake zip code. The BBB rep informed me of this and told me to put in a legit zip code so I can finish reporting him. Also after putting in a legit zip code ,then he sends me an email because he does email blasts with the zip code I put in. What a fraud! I guess the BBB got in contact with him and he decided to use the zip code I put in. I hope this report helps people so nobody else gets scammed.
