Texas Direct Auto Unbelieveable Rip-Off. Worst Experience I could Imagine Stafford, Texas

   This place is amazing.  I was basically lied to by my salesman to get me to give him my credit card number outside of ebay like i wanted to do and now i see why!  Ebay says they cant help me now because i allowed this.  I should have bought it through the ebay site and i would be protected.  He knew this and said anything and everything he had to say to get me to not buy my car on the ebay website.

   The car was so oversold to me it should be illegal.  They told me it was all in superior condition and I would have to spend nothing on it when i got it.  Well that was an outright lie. When I arrived for my appointment Ihad to wait 3 hours just to see the car. When I saw it my first thought was this must be a mistake.  It was in horrible condition unlike the pictures I saw on ebay and what I was told. The seat was torn, the side had a huge dent and scratches all the way down it.  The engine light was on and it was running so bad the hood was shaking.  My salesman said this was all going to be fixed after I paid for it.  So I drove it only to find out that the air conditioner was broken and the car smelled like a garbage dump inside.  I gave the keys to the lady at the front and she said he would be right with me.  45 minutes later he showed upto talk to me and I told him I wanted my money back and he said "We dont give any money back"

   Then the manager named Todd came to talk to me and had the worst attitude of anyone I have ever met.  He told me they werent going to lose any sleep over it either way but i could not get my money back.  This guy was an arrogant prideful jerk and laughed when I told him what was wrong with the car and said that no one was going to try to force me to buy it.

   It is a shame that everyone of their potential customers cant read this web site before they get ripped off too.
