    USA Charged my card and wont reply to emails and still havent shipped my purcjase and its been over 4 weeks Internet

 On june 15 i made a 50.00 dollar purchase on they state it takes 2-3 weeks to process but my card was charged within 10 minutes. Its been 4 weeks and the order still hasnt been shipped. Ive tried contacting the via email twice (since thats the only option) and they are refusing to respond.
