The Brace Shop Shipping overcharge and really awful customer service Florida Internet

I ordered a simple pair of ankle braces on to be delievered to NYC from Florida.  It is more then a week later and I still have not received the package.  I used what this company describes as "expedited" shipping and paid an additional $8 bringing the price of the order back up to not such a good price but I thought if I could get the braces fast enough it would be worth it.  The promise is 4-7 days.  There is no way it takes more then a few days to deliver from Florida to NYC.  I have had packages delivered from California in less time.  The customer service rep was completely unhelpful and refused credit of the shipping charge.  When I looked up reviews online I saw MANY complaints about shipping and this company in general.  They have lost me as a customer and I suggest anyone thinking of doing business here thinking you are getting a deal to remember you are getting what you pay for...buyer beware.  I will look for a more honest company in the future
