My car was stolen on Saturday night when I was out of town in NYC for work. The General Manager Galit Khazoom and the leasing office has been completely uncooperative and now harrassing me. I left my car in the supposed secured garage in the property. Friday night 2 cars had been broken into. No one contacted the residents to make them aware. I was told it was up to the leasing agents to make the discretion to do that. No one did ! On Saturday night my car was stolen. I found out my car was stolen when I arrived home to a empty parking spot. After police seeing footage of Friday night they saw that there were people in the lot suspicious but could not identify them. They also saw my car being driven out Saturday and that person or persons could not be identified either. Since this occurance I have been speaking with the GM and the leasing office regarding my security issues and the lack of notification of issues in the garage. Now i am dealing with being notified of a Pet Deposit that they want immediately and they sent me a video of a dog barking in my unit. However the vidoe is not of my unit or my dog. So this is what you deal with when your 30k plus Jeep Cherokee less than 2 years old gets stolen out of their secured garage. At this point I can not get another car, I am afraid to bring another car into this garage. What is going to change to prevent the next one from getting stolen ?
