the common scents body oils 4 less would'nt return money or product spanish fork, Utah

I ordered 5 different roll-on fragrances from "Common Scents".  Only one of the fragrances smelled similar to the real thing; that was for only about an hour before it smelled old and nothing like it was suppose to resemble.  The other four fragrances were terrible and smelled nothing like they should.

 I contacted the company (also known as "purebodyoil.com").  I asked the gentleman how I could return the merchandise.  He stated they do not accept returns.  I explained my disappointment with the fragrances.  He informed me that the ingredients are those from the particular perfume designer and maybe there is one not mixed properly.  I could return them and have them tested, traded for a different fragrance, or receive a discount on my next purchase.  Now why would I want to swap them out for another knowing they too will not smell similar to the real thing or loose their slight hint of familiarity.  Or, why would I place another order, given a discount, knowing I am not going to be happy with the merchandise?

 I informed the gentleman that I had just purchased several bottles of body oils that actually smell like the real thing from a store in town.  The smell also lasts all day and is very pleasing. It's just hard to get my frangrances as they sell out of them so quickly and I then have to wait and hope I get it before someone else makes the purchase.  I then asked to speak to his supervisor.  He informed me that he was the supervisor.  That told me that this "company" is really small.  They sell their "fragrances" in bulk, cheap, and accept no returns.  I'm sure they make a lot of money without a customer satisfaction guarantee.  I've learned my lesson!!!
