Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ever since I had been employed at TDD they have given me checks that bounced, checks that they gave me to cover bounced checks even bounced. Before I had worked for them I had spotless credit, now, due to their negligence the bank has closed my bank account and given me a bad report to the credit union.
Their negligance will cost me for the rest of my life financially, I am currently looking for a lawyer to represent me in getting compensation for the wrongs they have done to me.

legal recourse for bad checks

writing bad checks is illgal. Contact the State's attys office in the county in which you live and where this happened. They will follow thorugh with criminal charges.
