Mr.Kuo took my 3 trade-ins (MSRP of $86,000.)on 09/02/2012. I received credit to get a Franck a Muller Totally Crazy 8880 in rose gold. Mr. Kuo sent me a contract which stated that it would take 2 months to obtain the watch. After two months I spoke with Kuo who said that Europe is shut down for the holidays and that the Franck Muller factory would reopen in 02/2013. I called the factory and I was informed that the factory is open and that no orders for my watch we're placed. I called Kuo and asked him to return my watches. He responded "I sold them." Kuo sold my watches before the Franck a Muller arrived. THIS IS A PONZI SCHEME! I called the BBB of SF who directed me to the DA's Office. A special investigator had been already assigned to monitor Kuo's transactions. I was stunned after hearing what the investigator told me within the limits of his ability to reveal detailed information. I began to call Kuo everyday for months until one day he answered stating that a Ulysse Nardin (Never worn) had arrived and that it was available for $25k (leaving $10k in credit) and that the MSRP was $35k. I accepted for fear that I would get nothing given the time frame and his inaccessibility. When I got the watch I sent it to Ulysse Nardin in Boca Raton, FL. The tech there said that it was authentic but heavily used. One of the gold elements on the band had a dent that could not be removed. The cost for this element is $3,900. Eventually I got Kuo who denied UN's findings. The certificate card was signed in 2009! I am awaiting notification from the SF DA's Office when a trial date is set. I will be flying to SF to give a true, detailed account of what this horrible man put me through. I greatly encourage others who have been harmed by Kuo to call the SF DA's Office 415-551-9558 and tell your stories. BTW, have you noticed that Yelp placed 16 negative reviews in their "Not recommended review" section. Really??? Robert Tucson,Arizona
