Lee Zollitsch and Len Familant hired Slipstream Consultants LLC to perform consumer call center duties for two campaigns for The Global Lead Exchange LLC.

The first campaign was an energy campaign based out of New York state where Slipstream Consultants LLC made phone calls on behalf of Entrust, a deregulated energy supplier based out of Texas.

The second campaign was a health campaign offering low cost functional heart scans to provide early detection for cancers and abnormalities for a company out of California called Heart Savers.

Slipstream Consultants performed the duties and submitted out work for approval.  The work was approved but initial electronic payments failed to arrive in transit.  We pressed the matter asking for checks to be made and mailed.  Checks never arrived.  We continually asked for payment but did not receive anything, ever.

Lee Zollitsch eventually moved to the Philippines to start his own offshore call center to skirt new TCPA legislation.  Len Familant was Lee's "business partner" throughout this process and has also failed to address our requirement for payment for services rendered.  Robert Shindoll was the primary contact on the Heart Savers campaign but he also failed to address our request for payment.  All recent requests have been ingnored outright.

Slipstream Consultants LLC has spent $6000+ dollars to provide services on these campaigns and failed to receive any payment whatsoever.  We have not failed to live up to our responsibilities, we have paid our vendors and contract employees.  Now we have no recourse against Lee Zollitsch, Len Familant, or Robert Shindoll.  We only hope someone else does not get duped by these individuals.

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds

Remove Len Familant immediately. False Report.

AUTHOR: Len Familant - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, October 07, 2014

First of all, Len Familant has made multiple attempts to contact these authors to remove his name from this erroneous report.   Len Familant has no legal affiliation with any of these mentioned companies nor does he have any legal agreement with any of these companies mentioned in this report.   After learning of this report, I (Len) contacted Arnold Soleto.  Len was asked by Arnold Soleto to locate and reach out to Lee Zollitch, which I did easily via his skype and mobile number.  I know Lee in the business world (nothing more) and I reached out to Lee via Skype and had Lee reach out and contact Arnold.  In exchange, Arnold told me that they would "try" and have my name deleted from this report, as I have nothing to do with this at all.

Of course, my name stil appears on this report, as Arnold claims that they are still owed money by Lee and this other guy, Robert Shindoll; and that they will not remove my name (Len Familant) until they are paid here.  When I spoke with Lee about reaching out to Arnold, Lee told me then that Arnold's company never sold nor activated a single legit or approved contract for his company, Global Lead Exchange.  In addition, Lee introduced Arnold to Robert Shindoll to try and execute on his Heart Savers campaign; however,  Lee told me that he is not aware of any activated or closed deals for Robert Shindoll's company either!  (NOTE: Len Familant does not know Robert at all and has never spoken to him either!)

Lee told me that he requested any back-up or documentation from Arnold showing any closed deals for his company, as he said that he would happily remit payment; however, nothing was ever provided by Arnold Soleto nor Slipsteam Consultants.  Any start-up costs associated with their attempts to try and execute on sales for Lee or any other company would never be reimbursed by any company that I am aware of, and there should not be any commissions paid to anyone by Arnold Soleto/Slipstream if nothing was ever sold in the first place!

And as far as Arnold/Slipstream thinking that they are owed $6000.... There are no payments to them just for any "services rendered," as according to Lee, the campaign with Arnold/Slipstream was a commission only based contract, and they are not due any money if they did not sell any new business, period!   Also, Lee had informed me that a typical pay-out on a campaign of this nature was $40-$50 per closed deal; therefore, in order for Slipstream to make $6000 in commissions, that is a total of over 120 deals!!!   The fact remains that Arnold/Slipstream cannot produce back-up even for 2 deals, much less 120; so for Arnold or Slipstream to think that they sold anywhere near 120 deals and are owed anything close to $6000  is so far fetched and ludicrous that I cannot even comprehend where they came up with this dollar figure!!!

Due to the fact that there is no basis nor documentation of any kind showing that Arnold Soleto or Slipstream Consultants are owed even a penny, I (Len Familant) do not believe that Arnold Soleto nor Slipstream Consultants are owed any money from Lee Zollitsch (GLE), Robert Shindoll, and especially NOT FROM ME!!!! (LEN FAMILANT)   Furthermore, there is no way in hell that I am going to pay this site any money, much less $2000, to remove this bogus report.  You should be doing that on your own for free, and not publish anything without any documentation.

Regards,

Len Familant
