Foolishly, I signed up for their resume writing service for $695.00. They had me fill out a lengthy work sheet, which took me a few hours to do. After submitting it, I got no response for several days. When I contacted them, the writer said he will have it a first draft to me in a day. It took him another 2-3 days to deliver the first draft, which was a joke. It was more like a brochure for a consumer product than a professional resume - basically, a set of buzzwords strung together in marketese, which made no sense. When I complained, the writer spent an hour with me to discuss my concerns, and promised he will get the next draft ready within a couple of days. After no response for 4 days, I contacted him again, and he said he was working, and will have it ready in a day. It took another 3 days before I got the next draft, and it was not much better than the first version.

I contacted the customer service, demanding that they give me a writer who has some understanding of a technological resume, and who will respond in a timely manner. They refused to get me a qualified writer, or address my complaints. They do not respond to emails - the only way is to go their web site and fill out a service request form, and it takes a couple of days for the CS to respond. I have lost over a month in this loop, with no resolution, and they refuse to refund my money, or get me a better writer.

I feel totally cheated. As I scan their site, the jobs they have are also not the senior level $100K+ as they claim, but collected from various other web sites. Not all of them are even current. This company is run by fraudsters and charlatans, and I will advise everyone to stay away from them.
