The League They charge me $1300 U & there is no women in my city (Montréal) in their matchmaking service.

On their website theleague.com, the cie claim they operate in my city (Montréal of Province of Québec in Canada) but after a week on their app, I haven't seen one single women from my city. So I asked them to refund me and they refuse.

The League wrote me a pdf letter acknowledge that they don't have enough women of my age and allow me to get a refund by Apple.

Problem description:
I purchase a subscription of the app TheLeague for $1,300 on the 24 Dec 2019. During my initial use of the app, I notice that all the women on the site are from USA and none of them are from Montréal (Québec, Canada) (my city) despite the fact that on their website, theLeague.com declare that they operate in my city. I asked for a refund within a week to the concierge service, and she never bother to do so.
Desired Resolution: Refund
Desired Outcome
According to the law of Quebec (Canada) I am entitle to a refund for the remaining of the amount that I am not using in my subscription.
