Thief?  She somehow cashed the Groupon the day before the appointment.  Even Groupon is at a loss on how this was accomplished without the Groupon code.

Theft of Services!  We made an appointment one week ahead of time for 9:15 AM.  I showed up at 9:10.  She did not.  I phoned her at 9:25 stating that I would like it if she did not contest my Groupon refund request.  I received a phone call 5 minutes later her saying "I'm a business woman.  Because you did not respond to my text message seeking appointment confirmation sent the previous night, I assumed that you cancelled the appointment."  Right?  With her taking my Groupon money because I didn't cancel within 24 hours!!!  Because I didn't receive her text message she cancelled the appointment and kept my money!!!   No apologies.  Instead, threatening me that she will call the police.
