I was contacted by TRG around the end of August this year. I have been looking for a legitimate home business for months. I did try one company(which also turned out to be a rip off)but when it didn't work I atleast got most of my money back. Anyways, after that I was very skeptical about spending more money that I didn't have on yet another home based business.

When I was contacted by TRG I was talking with a girl from customer service. Apparently I had too many questions for her that she had gotten her supervisor, Brian Mathews, on the phone to help me. According to him, they were giving me one heck of a deal. It cost $249.00 to sign up for a website that would allow me to earn commission through Amazon.com.

My deal was that I paid $99.00 and the remaining $150.00 would be paid after I earned $1500.00 in commission. I also was told that I would earn just over 10% on every dollar sold on Amazon through my website which was false. Amazon only pays 4% to 8% commission.

After I agreed to give it a try, Mr.Mathews told me that I would be contacted within an hour to verify my order. Well, it didn't stop there. I was contacted by Damian who would not only verify my order, but he also made me aware that I would not make much money unless I signed up for voice enhancement to be added to my website. Well, I told him I did not really have the money to do this right now, but according to Damian if I did not take this great deal now I would pay much more at a later time.

So I did, $75.00 now and the remaining $75.00 after I make my first $1000.00 in commission.
Now, after spending $174.00, Damian also makes me aware that there is a $19.00 web hosting fee per month. So after spending all this money I decide I am going to make this work, so I start advertising like crazy. After three weeks and I am seeing no results (funny huh, after all this is THE RESULTS GROUP) I decided to call the advertising specialist that is FREE with your order to get help on better advertising.

I had advertised through Yahoo, Google, MSN, and many many free advertisers. When I explained this to the advertising specialist I was told to set up an appointment to discuss helping me with more free advertising. So I get this call from someone saying they are going to help me with advertising.

His kind of help was to spend $4900.00 for guarenteed results. Well, I did not have $4900.00 right then so he told me if I didn't take it right then that it would end up costing me over $10,000.00 at a later time. That is when I knew I had been RIPED-OFF. I can't get a refund until I have advertised for 6 months and even then I'm still not sure what will happen.

The Results Group - definatley scam artists, but there is a way to get your REFUND.

AUTHOR: Deana - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 30, 2006

A day after submitting my Rip-Off report here, I was getting pissed off all over again, so I decided to call The Results Group one more time. I contacted Michael Martin, who's name was given through another Rip-Off report through here, and told him I had gotten his name through someone who apparently got a refund through him. He denied it.

I continued to tell him how upset I was that his company had riped me off and they lied to me. He wanted me to explain why I felt I was taken advantage of. After going through the whole thing with him (and of course he stopped me along the way to argue every ten seconds) I finally asked him if he would agree to give me a refund. He said no, that I signed a 6 month agreement and then he continued to argue with me. I said to him "I am going to ask you one more time to refund my money and if you say no I will contact the BBB, a lawyer, and my attorney generals office." Needless to say, he said no, so I hung up on him.

Five minutes later he was calling me back to argue some more which I hung up on him again. Then he continued to call me another 4 times which I did not answer the phone, so he called my alternate number, which was my mom, and told her to have me call him.

The very next day, 2 days after I made this original report, I contacted my Attorney General. My credit card was credited my full refund less then 2 weeks later.

I wish I could contact everyone that has been ripped off by this company to let them know how to get their refund, I hope this will reach as many of them as possible. If you try this and it works for you, I would love to hear your story. Good Luck Everyone!
