the shutter company ltd Lies and more lies, Internet

I looked up on the internet for plantation shutters and came across this very professional looking web site THE SHUTTER COMPANY. I did an on-line price for the three windows that I wanted shutters for and the price was very good. I next contacted them and they were very quick to contact me back and soon made a booking for a site survey. This was back in mid OCTOBER, a polite gentleman ( I use GENTLEMAN very loosely here as anyone who scams people is no gentleman.)  YOUSEF EL-ANSARIA. turned up, measured up, (the price he quoted was the same as the web quote) said it will be 6-8 WEEKS for them to be fixed.

I decided to go ahead, paid my deposit 50% and waited. 8 WEEKS passed and I never heard a thing now it was getting on for christmas so I thought I would leave it to the new year. I contacted the SHUTTER COMPANY LTD, or should I say tried to through a messaging centre, after being very persistant I finally got in contact with a employee called Saundra, she told me that they had TROUBLE WITH THEIR SUPPLIER and there was a delay, so I left it a few more weeks, still not here, next excuse THE BAD WEATHER. I left it a while longer, contacted them again, the delay now is and this is a good one THE UPRISING IN EGYPT !!! 

Poor YOUSEF and his wife ELIZABETH who are taking yet another holiday in Egypt visiting relatives are caught up in all the troubles !!! ( using all our deposits to pay for their travels no doubt !!! )* Yousef and Elizabeth keep taking it in turn to be "Director of the shutter company then resigning since its conception* It's now march SAUNDRA, poor dear has now had enough/run out of excuses or had a nervous breakdown and has now been replaced by YASMINE how long will she last ? The saga goes on I've taken four days of work to have them fitted and no one has turned up.tHIS IS NOT THE FULL STORY AND THERE ARE MORE LIES EXCUSES WHY i HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHUTTERS BUT i HAVEN'T GOT THE TIME TO TELL YOU ALL OF THEM.!!

It has now been 31 WEEKS since I ordered the shutters, when I last spoke to YOUSEF 8 days ago to see when his fitters would arrive (YASMINE had booked them in for that day.) he told me she shouldn't of booked them in on that day as my shutters have not been cleared by CUSTOMS. Yousef said Jasmine would contact me on Monday to arrange another booking, well you probably guessed it, it's now Saturday and they have not contacted me and I can't get hold of them!! (unless you want a site survey and pay a deposit!!!) DO NOT BUY YOUR SHUTTERS FROM THE SHUTTER COMPANY-YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM.
