My name is Erez Peretz and I am the owner of The Spa Girl and this is a fake report.  I do not have a client named Jessica Parker nor have I ever had one of this name.  This report,  in fact appears to be written by a man named JAIME RODRIGO PERALTA and his girlfriend MILAI  ICHIKAWA.  Here's their motive (bare with the lengthy response).

Michelle who is named below is my Manager for the Valley and surrounding cities and is up for a promotion.  She works for
me and it has been a year now and I have never seen one bad word come out of her mouth.  Not one bad action or reason for me to even speak to her or reprimand her in a negative manner.  She is always courteous to clients and extremely professional.  She manages the entire Valley and surrounding cities in hopes of one day making great money as a DB Representative .  All of the SG clients love her. 

Michelles X husband JAIME RODRIGO PERALTA had a restraining order hearing that Michelle filed against JAIME  after this fake rip off report was written and JAIME falsely accused Michelle of negligence of their children to the police
and DCFS.  No charges were filed and DCFS has closed the case finding Mr. PERALTA GUILTY OF EXACTLY WHAT ACCUSED MICHELLE OF.  Michelle invited Jaime and his girlfriend to come and stay with her for a week. They begged her to get out of Clovis, CA where they had moved in December  from Jaimes Mothers Jennifer Garces home in San Jacinto where they had been living off of Milais $300 unemployment checks (real winners).  They begged Michelle to stay with her that they needed money and jobs.  Michelle complied and now greatly regrets this decision.

According to Michelle Jaime was out of work pretty much the entire 9 years they were married, as he was an "actor" who only did extra work once in a while.  He would never even audition and chose to take drugs and not participate while Michelle worked to provide for her 2 children Troy 8, and Trinity 5.  Jaime didnt' even watch the kids properly so she had to have nanny's the whole time.  After begging Michelle to come here Michelle told Milai that Donna Bella was hiring on commission
basis through SG.  Milai begged Michelle for the position came to work to train and flaked on her first day of work Monday March 4th 2013. I was nice enough to let Milai work for me as per Michelles referral.  Michelle told Milai if she didnt go to work shed have no choice but to have her and Jaime leave her apartment and she would be let go.  I told Michelle that if
this girl was already flaking she was not welcome at SG or DB period!

Since Michelle is the Manager of  the Valley and surrounding cities SG territory she had every right to do this.  She had
trained Milai for 3 days and spent many  hours at the Westfield Promenade with her.  Milai had many appointments set for
Monday the 4th of March and could have made a $500 commission on a salon who wanted to have the DB products in his store.   She did talk to Michelle and twist the facts in this report and had information that ONLY she could have known.  Many of the jokes Michelle talked about with Milai are shockingly written as fact here which in no ways are fact.

JAIME PERALTA didnt like being told to leave  and called the police lying saying Michelle hit him and her son Troy.  The police
came and immediately left when Michelle denied these claims and after interviewing her son Troy and he also denied these claims.  JAIME then shockingly called DCFS accusing her of being on drugs and neglecting her children.  DCFS did a thorough investigation and Michelle did a voluntary drug test that same day.  I went with her and it immediately came back
negative the next day.  JAIME PERALTA took his 2 days later to the dismay of DCFS and his came back POSITIVE for drugs.
His girlfriend Milai had falsely accused Michelle of kicking her and said she was in the ER refusing a drug test.  She
dropped charges mysteriously after Michelle saw this fake report and told Milai she was planning on fling a lawsuit against Milai.  Strangely Milai is on camera in Michelles lobby of her apartment building in 7 Stilettos when this supposedly had occurred that morning of the whole fake situation. 
She never even mentioned this supposed incident to the DCFS worker.  Ian Rosen of DCFS (818)665-5215 concluded in
his report that JAIME PERALTA was in fact the one who is emotionally abusing Michelle and their 2 children and MILAI was not to be allowed around the children in any capacity.  He suggested Michelle file a restraining order against Jaime which she did do.   This took many weeks of Michelles time. It took $ out of her pocket but I am encouraging her to fight till the end for her reputation and her childrens safety from this dangerous man.

On April 2, 2013 Michelle had taken JAIME PERALTA to court with a restraining order which was granted by the courts.  She was in court for 2 days presenting her case.  The judge told JAIME PERALTA that he will most likely have to have supervised visitation and Monitored drug testing prior to each visit due to the evidence.  April 23rd 2013 is when JAIME PERALTA will find out his fate.  Michelle is asking he also enroll in drug counseling along with parenting classes before he is able to even see his children again. 
He is trying to take away this wonderful womans livelihood and shockingly again asked the judge for full custody of the kids.  Ian Rosen has shared that this will NEVER happen.

As per the allegations against Michelle in her old Wedding company she was frauded by Michael DAngelo a mansion owner where weddings took place who was really a con artist who was brought in to help her expand her business.   He was wanted by the FBI for frauding CP Kitchen and Clothestime franchises as well but could not be found at the time of her hearing.  Michelle took the fall all while her X Husband Jaime was constantly stealing what little $ she made for his drug habit not to mention his cheating.  I am again disgusted by all of his behavior.  He deserves everything he is getting.  Michelle has suffered enough.  In fact Paula Blum 562.618.0823 who Michelle is paying back from the Wedding business fiasco told Michelle about an email that was written by Jorie Esposito one of Michelles coworkers when she was promoting spas for Advantage Marketing for 2 years.  

Jorie had contacted Michelle over the last few months with interest in investing in DB products and would help Michelle run  the DB locale at the Promenade locale.

However, after googling Michelles name and SG she saw this fake report and links to Michelles old company she did not invest.  She also contacted one of Michelles old clients who wrote many lies on another report years ago and unfortunately with
conversations with this person  Sahar Amiry and this fake report she decided not to invest.  She has since found out the truth but is scared this report could hurt her, also. 
This is unacceptable!!!

Michelle got this news on Easter Sunday and was heartbroken.  Michelle had let Jorie try the products over the summer and Jorie loved them.  She is also a single Mom like Michelle, who would have made a very good partner. Both are also Reps for Herbal Life and would have incorporated the products and Herbal life together.  Michelle lost an amazing opportunity to get ahead.  My company also lost $ from this and is very disheartened by the negative connotations and the nature of this report.  Paula Blum who Michelle continues to pay every month her last restitution forwarded Michelle the emails between Jorie and Sahar who is still out to get Michelle even though she is working so hard making an honest living.

Heres some more facts:

First of All DB is NOT a spa.  Clients come to the location at Promenade to try the products where licensed Aestheticians and Massage Therapists use the products on potential clients to show how they work. They have the option of a massage or mini facial with the DB products to see the positive affects the 24k Gold has on their skin.  Michelle is the hardest worker I know and has many valued customers who are at the Promenade locale and who want to open many locales across the U.S.  This report is completely fabricated. 

Michelle has worked hard on the DB and SG partnership and has worked 7 days a week since  October perfecting the DB Training Program.

DB is clean, professional and the products are amazing!  Im happy to say that Michelles accounts have stuck by her even though on March 18th a fake email was sent to all of her accounts by an alias name FAKE person Jessica Parker including DB, Michel Angelos and Rejuvenate Medi Spa and myself and the SG which detectives at the W. Valley Police department are
finding out if MILAI AND JAIME are behind it. We ALL believe it to be so and I will update this report with findings soon .

Michelle has the love and respect of many professionals in this industry and I will continue to fight for her.  She
works so hard to provide for her children that this kind of slander and defamation is sickening to me. I can see she has been through so much and continues to pay her dues despite people like JAIME PERALTA and MILAI ICHIKAWA who dont jobs and are jealous of her tenacity and fight for whats right and good. 

Every detail of this report is fake.  The only people who knew of Michelles old business and rip off report was JAIME PERALTA.  Kind of suspicious that the complaint on rip off report and the email is from a fake customer whose initials match Jaime Peraltas:  Jessica Parker. 

Also, if a client is ever charged multiple times which paypal glitches often do, the client is refunded or credited.  Milai saw Michelle detect one that was charged 3X and the company refunded $98 to her card.  Also, Milai saw Michelle charge a client $20 tip as per their request for Michelle helping them that day.  More evidence that this whole report was fabricated by JAIME PERALTA and MILAI ICHIKAWA.

ALL of the massage therapists who work there are licensed.  There is no running water because its not a "spa".  DB sells spa products.  There is a water steamer and sterilizer on hand at all times for cleansing a clients skin to do their mini facial to try the milk cleanser or to steam off a mask after being tried before purchase.

Michelle's Mother Dr Cynthia Schreiber does work at DB and holds a spa license AND is a licensed Cosmetologist for over 25 years/Licensed PhD in Hypnotherapy and Masters in Psychology.
