The Studio, Fonmon Farmhouse, Happy Birthdaytoyou.com $9.95 was taken from my account for singing ecard, recieved email saying card was sent, IT WASN'T, it went into my Spam. What can be done? Fonmon,Vale of Glamorgan,Wales, Other

On 9/14/11 I was looking at the free ecards to send our son on his birthday, I scrolled down the page, and saw the singing ecards, I chose one, and filled it out, then the price pops up! I went ahead with it because of all the effort put into choosing music and card, and his b-day was that day. The $9.95 was taken out immediatly, I recieved an email stating he got the card, but he never did. I will never do this again. I am very worried about my credit information I gave out. I tried to call the ph# they gave and it is bogus! I can't get an email through. I am VERY frustrated!

Hello, sorry to hear of your negative experience with this company. It surprises me because I have been using them to send singing birthday cards for years to my relatives and they have never missed a deadline, even when it was "next day service".

My relatives have really enjoyed the cards with their names added to the music. Can there have been some lack of communication between you and the company? I live in Canada, thousands of miles from the Fonmon Farmhouse, but they have always delivered exactly what I wanted.
