I came across the tulle shop while looking for cheap tulle.  While their prices for tulle are great, the shipping is high.  they promise fast delivery. Within 1-2 days.  So I went with it and ordered.  I ordered on the 10th of march and its the 18th now. No order.  They have no number or anything.  the customer service support is a load of crap.  I emailed and all they says is it will be shipped.  I'm just really angry that you pay double the order on shipping because they promise fast delivery and then a week later nothing and the customer support is a total fail.  there isn't any.  I would not do business with this company.  The prices are not worth the hassle or wait.  VERY BAD BUSINESS!!

Good Experience with Shipping Time

As of 6/12/15, I had a very good experience with The Tulle Shop and their shipping. It was fast and efficient. Even though it's expensive, buying from them was still cheaper than buying at a local store. I bought 4 rolls of light pink tulle  on 6/7 and my shipment came by 6/12! I'm very please with the speed of delivery! The last report dates back to 2012 so maybe they've changed since then!

I too just recently ordered from them.  They claim to have fast shipping however it took over a week to receive my order.  I paid over 26.00 for Ground shipping...at that price it should have been overnight!
2 items were missing from my order, packing slip did not state they were back ordered, it showed them being included.  I was charged the full amount but did not get all of my order.  There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call them, only email. I emailed and got no response back after 3 hours (I am aware of the time difference and it was during their business hours) so I emailed again. Only when I mentioned I was going to dispute the charge did they email me back and quickly.
They claimed that the two items were "Out of stock" and that they had credited my card back for the two items and the difference in shipping. I emailed them back saying I show no credit on my card and when was it credited?...2 hours later and after I emailed them yet again stating I had no credit on my card they emailed me and said it was credited today because it took over a week to process the credit...yeah right!
The packing job was hideous to say the least. I ordered rolls of Rattail cord and there was no packing to keep them from flying around in the box. One roll broke and came undone and was in a tangled mess and another roll you could tell had been opened and was missing about a 1/4 of the roll (it weighed less than the others)
Granted the prices were very reasonable, the shipping made up for the supposed "wholesale price" and the wait was not worth the cost.  Almost anyone can ship fedex or ups ground for 5.00 to 9.00.
I rate them a 3 out of 10. I'm a very unhappy customer :(
