The Twister Group BAIT AND SWITCH!! Horrible experience! Harrisburg Pennsylvania

Our feedback (rating of 4.5 stars out of 5) is still posted on Shopping.com. We shipped the exact item/model number ordered from our store through Shopping.com

SKU 2960680 is not made by the manufacturer as a wheel. It is only pedal set. We are dealing with one of those buyers who want something for nothing (or nearly nothing).

We do think that disputing a charge while possessing merchandise is basically committing fraud. Therefore this case was submitted for collection. The amount represents a fee we are billed by payment processing company to accept and process this chargeback. We are still billed this fee even if chargeback was reversed in our favor like in this case.

Here is a status report on this fraudulent dispute:
We have completed our investigation and denied this claim. The buyer is not eligible for a refund.

I am the same Dave who filed this report but had to re-register because it seems the sight is not recognizing the original email address. Anyways it is you that is wrong. After this report was filed shopping.com took 100% responsibility for the misrepresented ad and paid your company all money owned on my behalf as compensation. But even though you crooks were paid you still sent it to collections to try to get paid twice. I sent a letter to the collections agency including all printouts of shopping.com publicly admitting they were at fault. That collections agency stopped all further attempts of pursuing it. You then hired a lawyer who tried to intimidate me and I also sent him a letter with all the same documentation and I never heard from him again. I also sent his letters to my lawyer who specializes in collection law and he informed me that your lawyer was in clear violation of the Rosenthal Act and he is lucky that I did not sue him. That was back in may of 2007 and did not receive any further attempts at the bogus debt you claimed I owed and thought I was finally rid of you parasites. That is until a few days ago when I received yet another letter from yet another collection agency! LOL!!! What are you guys kidding or what? As soon as I finish typing this rebuttal out I will be sending the same letter and documentation to them!!

I have just been laughing so hard because you guys sure are spending a lot of cash to collect a fraudulent debt of a whopping $110.00!! Which by the way you are also in violation of usery laws because the original price of the item was $28.00 and in your first feeble attempt to collect went straight to $110.00 for a supposed debt that wasn't even a month old.

I have already crushed your reputation all over the internet and also reported you to the internet crime division of the FBI, the Attorney Generals office in PA and the FTC. I have also noticed that Shopping.com has removed all reviews of your store from their site which they most likely did because they do not wish to associate themselves with your pathetic company anymore.

The item being sold was presented precisely what it was. The buyer failed to read the contents of the package. The manufacturer's specs for the part # 2960680 shows only pedal, and nothing else.

Sorry Mr David Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, you are wrong.

Despite all this blame, we offered assitance with return to the buyer.
