On the date April 10 2016 I registered my dog with United States Dog Service Registry. I Sent them $110.00 . I over paid the $55.00. They e-mailed me back and said they refunded $55.00 (Unique Transaction ID # 7KN82050W19203433 . i have e-mailed the several times about receiving my patch and 2 ID cards and never got a responce back.Never recieved anything i paid for.
I received an e-mail back from them sayig please let us know if you have any questions signed by Marc on the refund e-mail. That is the only thing i eer recieved from them, It says you will receive s pstch and 2 ID cards within 2 to 3 business days but received nothing
I registered my dog name Princess Watzlavick. 10 digit ID code 1460320370 . You can put the code in the page when you go to their web site and see where I registered my dog . I just want the items I paid for or be refunded,
I used a credit card a Visa credit card and paid on line.
