Quite simply went to google to look for a specific dinnerware (plates), and found some advertised for $67.99 on sears.com. However, when I clicked on the ad, the site said $76.99. I then chatted for 20 minutes online with a rep at the company. Then said "sorry, nothing we can do about that, I'll have the 'content' dept notify sears and let them know."

Seriously, bait and switch. I would have purchased about $750 worth of items, but I will never go back to that site, as they have LOUSY customer service.

Beware!! They do NOT care about honor or integrity. And I consider this THEIR fault. They admitted it was their ad, and that then needed to update pricing. Totally lame.

Stay away.
