They took my money and gave me something I can't even use. They told me they'd send me a return label so I could send it back but they never did and never responded when I left messages. Internet

I placed an order. 
When I received the package, the item was broken. I immediately contacted the store. I was told to take a picture of the item and email it. I did so. I received no response or confirmation. In fact, the email address I was given did not work. I was then assured they would email me and I could reply to that email. They never emailed me. I was given another email address to use, but I never received a confirmation or response. I called and left messages. I was eventually told I would be mailed a return label that I should use to return the broken item. I waited a few weeks and never received any return label. I contacted the store again and left a message. No one got back to me. 

It has been almost 2 months since I received the broken item.
