I ordered a quick start CD for $1.98 on 7/14/2008 and athorized payment for only that amount on my account. Then they also proceeded to bill my account for $69.95 for something that I was not made aware of.
I want them to return my money within twenty four hours or I will report them to the attorney general in the state they are operating in.
This transction also resulteed in a negetive balance appearing on my account, I also want the $25.00 fee for tis applieed to my account.
