I tried my best for find a physical address for this company and it was almost impossible. I was able to find a websute and they have an instagram account. @theory_comm. What ever u see on there is a LIE. Dont believe it. Tgey first will say they're located in California but they are actually in ATL. they will lie and say they are located or close to where u live at. And of course they charge a fee. When agencies are supposed to take a dee out of your pay. They lie about their clients and have just opened this year. They buy followers on instagram to look better but yet they are not established nor are they nationally recognized. They are making up fake flyers about how these huge music and entertainment stars are going to be there but its not true. I have even seen them make flyers about A_list celebrities and tag them to the photo and several times the artist was NOT there and posted things to show us that it was a lie!! Then they might erase the flyer if it's not too embarrassing. They have one person on their team who u can recognize but thats it. I have seen a girl who they try to make ppl believe that shes a star but shes no one. Everything on this girls pages are lies and she also buys followers they do it together. They lie together the agency even posts false advertisement about this girl who I personally know for a fact is living a lie. They call each other and plan what to say online and hash tag everything when we all know its not true at all. They post fraudulent flyers about celebrity appearances and these same celebs are on the other side of the country at the time. They photo shop pics and use pictures of the girl where she has run into stars who she does not really know or only met a once or twice and makes it seem like she's flying around the world with them and shes not. She doesn't do anything but lie and she is living a lie. I personally would never let this company represent me in any way shape or form bc if they'll lie to their clients, the public, and on their websites they will lie about anything. They are the type to send u out on an assignment and nobody will show up or its nothing like what they told u it would be. But u won't find out until you're stuck and already there. Do Not to business with them. I have seen thede kinds of agencies before so I know what kind of people these are. Its all lies.

Again, we are completely confused at your allegations. The "softball game" you're referring to was NEVER a THEORY COMMUNICATIONS event, it was an IRON GLOBAL event in which they booked our CLIENT Lou Williams to participate as a team captain for this event. When we arrived and the participating celebrities were not in attendance we removed that flyer. We beg that you have facts before you defamate our agency. You know nothing but of what you assume. You know nothing about our other clients except for these accusations you are making against Paloma Ford. It is very scary to see someone completely make lies about a company, when you have never worked with us, try to work with us, attend a single event, nor request validation from any client we promote... Yet you're claiming in the previous statement you don't know about our other clients but in the ORIGINAL statement you stated we lied about EVERY client we have. Considering we have all legal documents to be an operating business, as well as signed contracts and photographed proof of our work with EVERY client, we are not going to allow your statements to affect our growing business. We wish you the best, and apologize that someone rubbed you the wrong way to personally attack this agency who have zero ties to you.

I just tried to go on theory communications instagram page and for some reason they blocked me!!! Nothing that I said was fraudulent. They have made flyers saying that major celebrities would be hosting softball games when that same celebrity was in fact at a totally different location before they posted the flyer for that days date and afterwards. They post fake things about their clients. I have seen it myself. When I just tried to go on their page to screen shot the flyers they blocked me off of instagram so I couldn't do it. They have fake advertisement for their own profits.
They have a girl under their representation that is using a very reputable rap artists name and she is NOT affiliated with them at all. I know this to be a fact because I know the artist whos name she keeps using. The girl is a celebrity chaser and she flies around the country just to take pictures with celebrities and post it to her page and theory communications posts it to their page. Its fraudulent. .I dont know' if the other people this company represents are real or fake because they're not celebrities they are entertainers trying to become celebrities. But I do know for a fact about every thing I stated in my first post on here.
Its all true what I am saying. This is an extremely new company they just opened this year so it is highly unlikely that they would be representing a-list musical artists. I just dont want anyone to get hurt behind this company. Dont pay them anything and do research. They use popular people's names for a profit.

We at Theory Communications are devestated at the false accusations made against our agency. It began with an irate individual harassing our company's social media account, whom we never met nor worked with directly, which led to a threat of placing this agency on Rip Off Report. Every client we promote is a retained or project based client, including: Lou Williams of the Toronto Raptors, VH1 Rock Doc: ATL The Untold Story of Atlanta's Rise in the Rap Game, Paloma Ford, Candy Brow Bar, Snoblife Studios, MC WAR, Scotty ATL and more. Although this agency launched April 2014, the CEO & COO have several years of experience in the PR/Marketing industry. Our agency is a registered Limited Liability Company in the state of Georgia, with a valid EIN number. The person who created this report is a complete stranger to this agency, and we will not stand for this defamation or else legal action will be taken.
