I ordered over the web after reading the statement warning about purchasing from this company on the internet site. This is what I learned;
If you order the CD they advertise, then they keep popping in with more stuff to order. They offer more CD's, extra CD's, a mp3 player with information loaded, and it goes on and on. But if you keep on saying "no thanks", the price just keeps on going down on all the extra "stuff". Then after they have taken your order, they tell you that it will take 3-5 Weeks to ship..... and they want even more money to ship it sooner. Where are they shipping it from that it would take that long to ship. I think that is a rip-off.

They say they will not charge you anything for 30 days, but you might not get the order in that length of time. Then after I ordered, no confirmation of the actual price came up. You have to leave their site and go to your e-mail account to find out how much they have charged. They charged $9.95 for shipping and processing (on a single CD). Definately be careful when ordering from this site. They will try to scam you for additional money over and over.

Providing Clarifications for Think and Lose program

I'm one of the Think and Lose coaches whose purpose is to help customers have a successful experience trying to lose weight after so many other programs have failed for them. I'd like to clarify some potential misunderstandings since we really try hard to give customers a program that works.

The Think and Lose program is a free 30 day trial. You don't pay anything if you decide to return it - not even the shipping cost. We feel this is a unique offer since very few companies offer to even refund the shipping. Obviously, we couldn't do that if they were all being returned.

When you place an order, you are offered other products and programs that are all related to either the Think and Lose program or to other ways to better your life through hypnosis. One of these offers are getting additional Think and Lose programs at half price with no additional shipping cost. Another is a package that includes 10 of Don's (the hypnotherapist) other programs (other than weight loss) such as "Love to Exercise", "Restful Nights", "Break Bad Habits", "Pain relief", etc. If you purchase this package, you get a free MP3 player with all of these topics and even your weight loss sessions preloaded. Some people can't afford this, but want the preloaded mp3 player (our customers love the mp3 player) so we also offer it only with the weight loss sessions. We also offer a stop smoking program with hypnosis and a free gift of a supplement that increases your energy level to help you get off to a great start.

We offer these other products for a few reasons. First, customers want them. We wouldn't offer them if people weren't ordering them and keeping them. We've tried to come up with things that would interest our customer base. Most websites offer totally unrelated items, but we don't do that. We want to keep our price of the main program as inexpensive as possible. It's $39.95 and we couldn't keep it at that price is that was the only product. So, the only way to offer it at this great price is to also offer other products that people may want that help bring in enough sales to keep that low price. So, yes, we're trying to provide some great products that people will want (and keep) in order to provide enough revenue to provide the main program cheap enough that anyone could afford it. We have many people who only order the main program and that's fine. That option is for everyone. All you have to do is click "continue" on the page and you skip the special offer. You can literally complete your order in less than one minute. But, many customers contact us later through our returning customer page to order these same products once they see how much they love the main program. But, it's your choice to take advantage or not.

Regarding shipping, we have learned that it's best to tell the customer the worst case scenario of when the product will ship. We do say 3 to 5 weeks and it rarely is. But, there are times when we have such high demand that we are waiting on more inventory, or the weather is awful (we ship from Nevada), or a customer lives in a remote area that takes longer. Most orders probably take half of that time, but we find it's better to surprise them with good news than make a promise that we can't always keep. And yes, we do charge more to rush handle your order since that guarantees that it's put at the front of the line and will ship out first - and in the unlikely event we're short on an item you ordered - we'll ship the rest of your order splitting it into two shipments (which is obviously more costly for us) so you don't have to wait for the whole thing. Again,this is an option you don't have to take advantage of.

The 30 day period is set up to totally protect the customer. The 30 days do not start until you RECEIVE your order. So no matter how long it may take to get to you, your 30 day trial does not start until you receive it.

Every price is listed on every product at our web site. The web site we utlitize automatically generates a detailed invoice that is emailed to you so that you know your order was actually placed and what the details are of that order. And if you are not satified, you have a full 30 days to return any or all of the products for a full refund.

The shipping charge is not for a single CD. The shipping charge includes EVERYTHING you order. So, whether you order the most basic package which includes a DVD, and 2 or 3 CD's (depending if take the pay up front bonus option) or you include a free gift we give of supplements to help you get off to a great start, or you take the MP3 player and additional CD's, or you get additional Think and Lose programs at half price - all of these additional items are covered by the same shipping costs. Since most of our customers take advantage of these other great offers, they are getting several things at no additional cost. Plus, don't forget that if you return the program, we refund the shipping cost. So you only pay for shipping if you keep it. Our customers tell us that they are more than happy to pay our shipping and processing costs if it works since we're willing to refund it if it doesn't.

Read the postings from our many customers and see how happy they are with the program and the support they are receiving. We answer every question that is sent (by either a coach or Don, the hypnotherapist himself). We are there to fully support your success.

I truly understand that it's normal to have one's guard up when they've been mistreated by so many programs in the past, but I can assure you that we have the best of intentions. Mistakes will happen, but most times it's truly misunderstanding how the program works or making assumptions that aren't accurate. We just hope that people won't be discouraged from trying a great program that comes with a free 30 day trial.

Being a potential client to the product, I was interested in reading what was there to say about this new product. But, I was disappointed to see that you describe a common occurrence when you call to order: being offerred a number of other products, rush shipping, extra offers, and all the accompanying extra cost and fees. But, that's the usual deceiving and luring you to spend more money with the company. That is called marketting.

What I really wanted to see was if the product works or if it doesn't work.
