Thomas M. Pepez of Truckee California is the biggest joke of an attorney we have ever dealt with. He is unprofessional, takes your money, and cannot win a case if his life depended on it. He has no ethical code of conduct, he is a cheat,  and he will take your money and provide no legal services of any kind. Even other attorneys in the area of Truckee told us not to use him as he is inexperienced, unethical, and a liar. We see on this website someone else was ripped off by him in Lake Tahoe as he did not provide the legal services he promised them. We wasted over two years of our life with this man and would not recommend to anyone to hire him. We have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General of California and have contacted the state bar to attempt to get our money back.
He claims to be a fighting attorney and he did not even show up for two of our hearings. How embarrassing it was to stand in front of the judge without an Attorney.

Beware of this law firm. Spend time researching other firms that can actually provide legal services.
