Company just decides to not honor warranty. They know they have a monopoly on Dodge service in Central Oregon. And abuse it.
When all the Dodge literature and verbal sugeestions say to bring any concerns to the dealers attention, then they turn on you as if your a bad person when you do. Don't be fooled by their sales staff! I wouldn't buy there!
Another issue is Business Link. If they don't like you they just take it away. There is no next bay service. No free loaner.
Very retalitory revengeful dealer. And then there's DAIMLER/CHRYSLER.They say they have no control over the dealers. They say they can't make a dealer honor your warranty even though they give them franchise rights. They won't help you even if the next nearest dealer is 180 miles away.
Dealer across the street even says they agree with all the bad practices going on over there.Are you sure you want to BUY a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep? Knowing this may happen to you?
