Thrillzown - Lilliam Dejesus ,owner, Headband Thrillzown.com SCAM - Thrillzown is stealing peoples money!!! Internet

Thrillzown is a total SCAM!!! and the owner Lilliam Dejesus is a SCAM artist! 

On May 31, 2012 I called Thrillzown a/k/a 1-800-sky-ride to purchase 2 tandems skydives with 1 video, as a birthday gift to my sister. In total I paid $829.40. However at the time we were living 4 hours away from where we were actually jumping and every time we had a jump scheduled it was rained out.

I have called Thrillzown.com a/k/a Headband LLC  over 15 times within the last 7 days to try and book these jumps. I was hung up on roughly 10 times, left my name for someone to call me back 3 times and finally yesterday I spoke with a very nice lady who told me that I had to call another company to get service. This came as a shock to me because I called the Thrillzown Sky Ride number when I originally purchased.  Furthermore, my credit card states that I purchased through Thrillzown / Headband LLC. 

So last night I contacted my bank and they told me that my purchase was made with Thrillzown.com d/b/a 1800Sky Ride (the THRILLZOWN Customer Service department does have record of this).

So again this morning I contacted Headband LLC d/b/a Thrillzown.com and spoke with Kim in customer service. I requested to speak with a Manager and was told that no one was in for me to speak with. After roughly 5 minutes of questioning Kim, I was able to determine that Ashley (a supervisor I guess) would be in at 10:00 am. I left my name and phone number with Kim and advised her that I wanted to hear from Ashley by 10:05. I understand that seems very demanding, but as you can understand I am very frustrated as I feel I your company is stealing $829.40 from me.

When I did not receive a call from Ashley at 10:20, I called back. After speaking with Ashley I was informed that Lilliam Dejesus the owner of the company had decided not to honor any purchases made for that location. 

I do not understand how a company can just decided to do that. I paid $829.40 to Headband LLC with the understanding that I had until May 31, 2014 to complete my jumps. All I want to do is complete the skydive as planned.

I expect to hear back from Keith Armenia or Lilliam Dejesus as to when I can complete jump. Since I did not receive any response from my email, I will be contacting the better business bureau to escalate the matter further. 

On another note, the custom service level I have received up until this point has been atrocious. I have never encountered a company in my life that hangs up on customers and never returns phone calls. As a person who works in customer service, I can't imagine treating my customer like this. I would suggest additional training for employee on how to talk and treat customers.

I have done some research and this company but I can not find an address because they do not list anything but a post office box. 

THRILLZOWN IS A SCAM and you should avoid them at all costs!

Thrillzown and its owners Fred Burke and Lilliam Dejesus are crooks!
