Ticket Exchange by TicketMaster Ticket Master Upset customer over single ticket purchase for about $500 Internet

I saw that there were 3 tickets for sale on the TicketExchangeByTicketMaster website that were next to the 2 seats I already had to the Denver Broncos game first their first playoff game in 2015 against the colts.  The tickets were $395 each plus the fees of almost $70 for seats 11-13 in row 4 of my section. ($465 per ticket).  I tried finding ways to select seat 11 for the purchase and nowhere on the site could I find a way to select a specific seat (wanting seat 11).  I completed the purchase and I was issued seat 13.  I called TicketExchangeByTicketMaster and I was told I was not able to change seats even though the original 3 tickets were sold by the same person.  They said that they had no control  how tickets were issued and usually (the tickets were issued from highest to lowest).  I was also told that I cannot get a refund as all sales were final.  They should clarify on their site how seats are distributed.  Not happy!!!!!  They make a lot of money with their outrageous fees and can't help me ... Wow!  In addition, I was asked by their staff, "did you call before placing the order?"  I said "no" and the response "that was your fault".  This will be the last time I use their service.
