Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Tim Feld hired me do do some writing and editing for his joke of a website. Basically, some of the information had been plagiarized. Moreover, the grammar was poor so we agreed on a price to rewrite his content over the phone.
I delivered the rewrite to Tim and he filed to pay me. He stated he found grammatical errors. This is ironic since I am a former grammar and Literature teacher.
I have found Tim to be untrustworthy and unscrupulous in his dealings. I would certainly never advise anybody to conduct business with this man.
If he'll ripoff a writer, just imagine what he'll do to you when dealing as your real estate agent.

Tim Feld is untruthful. He states I called from a blocked number. Actually, I used my Skype number because I do not divulge my personal number to people whom I do not know.
As for grammatical errors, I dispute that and would add that Tim is so tight you couldn't drive an eight-penny nail up his a*s. He simply did not want to pay, plain and simple.
Moreover, I write content for several real estate agents and realtors and have never received any bad feedback nor have I been asked for a rewrite.
Furthermore, I am a professional writer. I write from 10 to 16 hours a day for major companies, novelists and universities. If Tim was unable to properly write his own content, can you imagine trusting him with a real estate contract?
In the end, Tim is dishonest, cheap and disingenuous. I would advise you to find someone who upholds the standards of honesty in the real estate business and avoid Mr. Feld at all costs.

In May of 2017 I was adding content to my website and wanted to hire somebody to check my grammar. My first mistake is I put an ad on craigslist, which Scott responded to. I asked him to give me a call as I wanted to be clear on what I was looking for.
He called from a blocked phone number and my second mistake was that I answered the phone call. I spoke with Scott about what I was looking for and he agreed to do the work. I sent over the work and it came back with very obvious grammatical errors. I even had others look at it just to make sure there were grammatical errors.
I shared my concern with Scott and he became very rude and made comments like "I was writing dissertations when you were in diapers" I told Scott I was not happy with the work and there was no way I could use it on my website. I am an extremely fair person and I always work hard for my clients. In my work my job is not done until my clients are happy and the job is done right.
Included is a screen shot of our email conversation. If Scott had fixed the errors I would have been happy to pay him.
