Writing this after researching my old landlords name . He does not give back security deposits . Took him to court , he didn't show up . I met with 3 other people he has done this to . I rented a house in , Bangor . The contract stated he would plow driveway . He would never show or answer phone . I can't believe this guy , can go out in public . I should of known . The second time I met him , to give him a deposit , he was bragging about paying strippers for sex . This guy didn't even know me ! He thought he was so cool . I hope he's not married .
Do Not Deal With this guy !

First of all, the name if the company is not Tim Miles Properties. Second of all, we deal with tenants on a daily basis who feel that if they break their lease or move out without restoring the residence to the way that they found it when they moved in, that they will get their security deposit returned. I am not sure who wrote this review, I don't recognize the name at all, but I do know that if a security deposit wasn't returned, it was because the person did not follow through with the lease that they signed. Furthermore, with the out of line accusations about Mr. Miles and his personal life, that is absolutely no ones business. A man's personal life does not have anything to do with business, and any alleged comments made would never be a representation of TN Miles Properties.
