My husband and I purchased a Ford truck from this dealership and we live 2 hours away. When we got home all the oil had been used and we knew something was wrong. We found out they had used really heavy oil to disguise a knockingn noise in the motor. The motor was no good. We called them and they came and towed it back only to tell us there was nothing wrong with it. We took it to several different mechanics who all told us the motor needed to be replaced or either rebuilt which was at least 2500 dollars. We did not have the money and I spoke with Mr. Whitehead himself who was extremely unsympathetic and rude to me. I was in tears and he was the nastiest man I have ever dealt with in my life.
I hope this will discourage just one person from buying a vehicle from them I wouldn't wish our experience with Tim Whitehead dealership on my worse enemy!!
