The term buyer beware can not be stressed enough with this Timberlodge RV resort in Waverly TX. First they miss represent a camping contract telling you some items in the contract are not enforceabl as a "life time contract". The sales rep told us it stated life time but no cantract can hold you to a life time commitment. Then they turn around and enforce just that.
Shame on us for not running awy in the first palce. Second, try and reach some one for an over payment i made. I payed a bill, they charged my credit card, then they referred me to a credit collection agency for not paying it. Try and reach some one. Never does a real person answer the phone or return your calls.
Again if any one contacts you trying to sell a camping membership, make sure it is not connected to Timberlodge RV resort in any way.
