If you are considering taking your babies to Timberlane Pet Hospital in the front of Walden Lake, DO NOT! BEWARE!! You have been warned. I paid up front (DUMMY ME) for a complete puppy package ($900+) and was late in taking my puppy in for her yearly because they did not return my phone call attempts to schedule. They are now DENYING to give me the services I PAID FOR because it is their "policy". Once you call them out on it they show their true colors and become extremely rude and bitchy. The ladies in the office are not down to earth, they are very stuck up and rude the moment you need anything or have any discrepancies. Patti and Adrian are the worst!! They should honestly be fired the way they have spoken to my family and treated us. If I were the owner of this establishment I would hire friendly new faces, not the rude ones who work their now. They give the entire place a bad feel. This is NOT a family oriented place I would ever recommend taking your pets to! They are very money hungry and I hope to see them lose a lot of business because of this. I now have to take my puppies in to another establishment where I am going to have to pay $200+ to recieve what I have already paid for. What a shame!!!! Do NOT ever pay them up front or sign up for any packages, they will not get you in and once it runs out they will not see you unless you pay AGAIN!! The ladies have also repetitively lied to me in what I was supposed to get in the puppy package, so I had them email the copy to me and of course, there was the truth - the things I did not recieve that I paid for. WHAT A SHAME!! They have permanently lost all 4 pets of mine from being treated there, and my mother who has 5 rescue cats has contacted them about my case, the lady was so rude to my mother that she has switched vets as well! Do not go here...... There are many family oriented vets in the area who are very nice and take the time to treat you and your pets like family. This is not the place!!
