When sold I explained my adult son would join me. "No Problem", collected my money by C/C. Upon trying to confirm 11/29 for trip next week they would not honor the verbal agreement. Rude and a rip off, no one should do business with this business, only in it to rip you off and sell you something that will disappoint.
