Time Warner Cable TWC TWC spoils my credit score by sending bills to collection agency for the amount which I dont owe to them San Antonio Texas

 The keep adding a false debt to my credit report as well. I wonder if there's enough people out here that they are doing this to that possibly we could get a class action law suit going.

 As NO law has been broken HOW can YOU claim that YOU deserve to have anything given to YOU for mental touture?? YOU CLAIM that YOU dont owe them yet THEY say you do. There is NO case law that is going to compensate YOU for having to clear up YOUR bill issues. THAT is just YOU looking for something for free to make yourself feel better. Life doesnt work that way. The correct way to handle this is to pay what they say you owe then dispute it in CIVIL proceedings. You give ONLY your side of this issue with NO PROOF of any wrong doing on their part. So basically nothing but defamation on YOUR part and YOU have done it willingly and with malice. So IF TWC wanted to they COULD initiate civil proceedings against YOU for what YOU have done. Dont you ppl EVER read?? Right on the top page of THIS site it asks you to keep it to the facts and to NOT defame others. If YOU cant even read and follow the simple instruction listed on THIS site how are we supposed to believe that YOU dont owe anything by YOUR word alone??
